I bet to disagree with you on your submission that RMK is a respecter of rule of law. The very example you gave is a good reference poin here. In all honesty, there was no law proscribing street begging and Okada riding in Kano till date. Where then is the rule of law? Again, shortly after assumption in office, the same RMK revocked Cof O’s of lands allocated to people at Kofar Na’isa in total disregards to the provisions of Land Use Act of 1978. No compensation was paid, there was no re-allocation and the governor personnally supervised thugs demolishing structures erected on the plots in the area. Where then is the rule of law here? Tell me anything I will agree with you but on this I totally disgaree with you.
